It looks good. It comes in three or four varieties. We have tried the spinach and zucchini souffles and there is at least one more. It is convenient. Individual souffles ready to heat and eat. All natural ingredients, not organic but a short list of recognisable ingredients. And they have been on sale in local supermarkets for the last few weeks. The downside is that this product most closely resembles a Passover kugel left in the freezer from last year. In case you don't know, a kugel is a baked pudding of noodles, bread or vegetables. On Passover a main ingredient is matzo. If done well and fresh, it can be great. My wife's spaghetti squash kugel is sublime. Healthy Delites' version is clearly well intentioned, it just does not live up to the picture and the promise on the package. The two that we tried were soggy, and really tasted like old matzo. On our scale, a record low score of one out of five.
Kosher supervision is by the Star-K, one of the very best websites for basic information on things kosher. Their magazine, Kashrus Currents is full of very informative articles. (The second symbol on the package is too small to read.)

I disagree! I have just discovered these, and I find them to be pretty tasty. maybe it's because I'm Catholic, ie: I have no idea what a good kugle is supposed to taste like? At any rate, I think it makes a pretty tasty lunch, a lot of bang for your calorie buck. Tasty, filling, good price, convenient. Hey, it's lunch at my desk, and this fits the bill
These are sooo delicious. 120 calories an leave you full because of the high fiber and protein, plus they don't taste diet.
I understand why you might say thay are soggy, but I figured that ones you heat them and it cooks you have to turn it upside down and heat again. It leavess both sides crispy just like in the picture.
I jope they come out with a larger variety though. These are my new replacement to smart ones and lean cuisine.
I agree with the first writer. UHN TAM!! (no flavor) The zucchini souffle crust came out tough and chewy in the microwave, the insides were soggy mush. Not enough zucchini. More like a stuffing, but without flavor. I peeled off the rest of the crust, added some garlic and herbs and spread it on top of my baked fish.
I would not buy any of these products again, and am looking for a way to contact the manufacturer to express my dismay.
Where can I purchase these? They sound interesting!
Seriously though, it's "diet food" what are you expecting? When you're trying to eat low calorie products like I am anything like this becomes a treat! And realisticly I don't think you'd expect it to be perfect and crunchy and crispy with carbs and oil and all of that. Of course it's going to have mushy watery textures. Thats how it's so low calorie. But the fact that someone made it and put it out there and it's actualy kosher is what i'm greatful for!
That's just my opinion though.
And my only "complaint" is the price. I assume they have good reason for it being so expensive but it's also prevented me from buying them. :( and I haven't seen them on sale where I live.
oh and btw to the user who asked where to find them. i think i found their website : http://www.classic-cooking.com/6585/index.html
it's completely under construction but there's a contact form. wouldn't hurt to give it a try and see if they get back to you, they might be able to tell you if you can purchase them where you live.
Wouldn't Everyone rather enjoy a big
Slice of Kutchie's Key West Famous Key Lime Pie. Kutchie's pie seems to
put a big smile on everyone's face,
including all my troops. I think we will make a trip to Kutchie's Island
tonight. We will see you there.

I absolutely love them. I take them with me for lunch everyday.
Lots of varieties now.
